Studies the air-side heat transfer and flow properties for the heat exchanger by numerical simulation, and obtains the characteristics under conditions of different wind speed, louver pitch, fin pitch and louver angle. Analyses the influence of the structural parameters on heat transfer and flow performance of the heat exchanger. Based on the numerical simulation, optimizes structural parameters of the heat exchanger, and evaluates the optimization schemes by JF comprehensive performance coefficient method.
